MunimJi ("we", "us"), operated by Momentum Apps (momentumapps.in), India, helps Indian small businesses do accounts over WhatsApp. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. Contact: support@momentumapps.in.
1. Data we collect
- Business profile: name, address, GSTIN/PAN, state, email, phone number.
- Chat messages with the bot, including customers, products, invoices, expenses and reports you create.
- Billing metadata: plan, subscription status, Razorpay payment IDs. We never see or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials.
- Basic logs: delivery/read statuses and error logs for reliability.

3. Why we use it
To run the service (generate invoices, reports, reminders), bill subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve the product using aggregated, de-identified usage patterns. We never sell your data and show no ads.
4. Retention
Account and billing data is kept while your account is active and up to 7 years after for tax records. Chat history may be trimmed over time. On deletion request we remove personal data within 30 days except what tax law requires us to keep.
5. Your rights
Email support@momentumapps.in from your registered number to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Under India's DPDP Act 2023 you may also withdraw consent (the service needs core data to function, so this ends the account) and nominate another person in case of incapacity.
6. Security & children
Encrypted transport, authenticated webhooks, and scoped database access. No system is perfect — report issues to the email above. MunimJi is a business tool for users 18+.
7. Cookies & grievance
This website sets no tracking cookies. For grievances under the IT Rules 2021, contact our Grievance Officer at support@momentumapps.in — we acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.

Material changes will be announced in-chat and here, with the date above updated.
