What does the MunimJi AI agent do?

MunimJi helps manage your business accounts through WhatsApp. Tell it what you need in a message or voice note: create an invoice, record an expense, update stock, record a payment or check a party's balance. Review and confirm entries before they are saved. The web app gives you an overview of the same business data.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Open MunimJi in your browser on your phone or computer and sign in with your WhatsApp number. You can also keep using MunimJi on WhatsApp.

Will my WhatsApp data show in the web app?

Yes. Sign in with the same WhatsApp number to see your saved invoices, customers, products, ledger, stock and expenses. Changes made in either place are saved to the same business.

Is my business data safe?

Your data stays in your private chat and our secured database. We never sell data or show ads. Payments go through Razorpay — we never see your card or UPI details. See our Privacy Policy.

Are the GST calculations correct?

CGST/SGST vs IGST is split by seller and buyer state, with HSN/SAC printed on every bill. For filing decisions, your CA has the final word — the bot prepares, your CA files.

How do payments work?

UPI Autopay, cards and net-banking via Razorpay. One plan: ₹499/month or ₹4,999/year launch pricing. Cancel anytime; you keep access till the billing period ends.

When does the trial start?
